Wile, a startup specializing in women’s health supplements targeting perimenopause and midlife hormonal shifts, has been acquired by Nameless CPG, an Austin-based company. While specific financial terms were not disclosed, it was confirmed that investors in Wile would receive a stake in Nameless CPG as part of the acquisition.

Prior to the acquisition, Wile secured $3 million in pre-seed funding, supported by investors such as Serena Ventures, Springdale Ventures, and notable angel investors Sara Bright and Coyote Ventures. The brand also launched its products in Whole Foods Market, with nine SKUs available globally.

Reflecting on the acquisition, Scholibo shared on LinkedIn: “I am so glad I got to go on this ride and be a part of changing the narrative for mid-life women. It has been such a pleasure to be able to be of service, hear her stories, and help her find solutions that work for her. There is a distinct pleasure of getting to work with such established, successful, smart women in the prime of their life. I am profoundly grateful for all I learned, everyone I met, and where this mission is going. I can’t wait to see all the new products, technologies and services that are coming and I hope I in some way helped further the conversation and the progress.”
