
Springboard Enterprises has announced its 2025 Women’s Health Accelerator Cohort, featuring 12 innovative companies led by women entrepreneurs across the women’s health landscape.
The accelerator program is designed to support women-led companies working in reproductive health, wellness, digital therapeutics, and medical technology. Through high-impact workshops, personalized mentorship, and access to a powerful network of experts and alumnae, the program aims to help founders refine business models, form strategic partnerships, and secure growth capital.
Julie Silverstein, Acting CEO of Springboard Enterprises, highlighted the program’s mission: “Women’s health has long been underrepresented in research, funding, and innovation. Our accelerator exists to change that. - Lisa Kinsella, Founder & CEO of LUWI
- Mitchella Gilbert, CEO of Oya Femtech Apparel
- Shailja Dixit, CEO of Curio Digital Therapeutics
- Stacie McEntyre, CEO & Board Member of Couplet Care
- Wendy Strgar, Founder & CEO of Vaginal Biome Science
The program will also include two observer companies:

- Imen Clark, Founder & CEO of Prickly Pear Health
The cohort will be supported by the 2025 Women’s Health Council, a cross-sector group of accomplished leaders providing guidance and strategic support.
