RMA of New York (RMANY) has announced a partnership with Conceive to provide 24/7 fertility support services to patients across its Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Westchester locations. The partnership, which follows a successful pilot in 2024, offers patients complimentary access to Conceive’s Premium Membership.
“At Conceive, we believe that you should have all the right answers at your fingertips. Our exciting new partnership with RMA of New York reflects our shared commitment to providing comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care to patients during what is one of the most emotionally significant times in their lives,” said Lauren Berson, Conceive’s founder and CEO.
The Premium Membership provides patients with round-the-clock access to fertility nurses trained in RMANY’s protocols and peer coaches with personal fertility experience. The service includes text, phone, and video call support, access to curated peer groups, and personalized guidance based on individual treatment plans.
“We are thrilled to partner with Conceive to further enhance the support we provide to our patients. The results from our pilot program clearly demonstrate that access to reliable, consistent support can significantly alleviate stress and help patients feel more in control of their fertility journey,” said Dr. Alan Copperman, reproductive endocrinologist and Managing Partner at RMA of New York.
The service will complement RMANY’s existing support structure, which includes physicians, nursing staff, fertility care coordinators, and financial teams. RMA of New York, which serves as the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, recently joined US Fertility’s network of reproductive medicine practices.
