Noom has launched an at-home Biomarkers Test Kit for U.S. members, offering 17 clinically significant biomarker insights across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and nutritional categories – with results delivered within a week and paired directly with Noom’s medication and behavior change programs.

The kit uses virtually painless at-home blood collection (via Tasso+ device) and includes hormonal markers relevant to women’s health: estradiol, LH, DHEA-S, and total testosterone, alongside metabolic markers like HbA1c, cardiovascular markers including ApoB and Lp(a), inflammation (hs-CRP), and vitamins D and B12. Results are analyzed by a CLIA-CAP-certified lab and delivered within the Noom app.

For GLP-1 users in particular, the kit creates a feedback loop: members can establish baseline labs and track how markers like HbA1c, ApoB, and triglycerides shift as treatment and lifestyle changes take effect. Members can retest over time to see progress.

Early data from Noom’s Proactive Health program – drawn from participants with a median BMI of 23.8, considered healthy – revealed quietly accumulating risk: 70% had elevated LDL-C, 43% had elevated ApoB, 36% had suboptimal HbA1c indicating pre-diabetes risk, and 76% had suboptimal vitamin D levels.

“Most people know very little about their health until they become sick,” said CEO Geoff Cook. “Now with biomarker testing a tap away for every Noom member, we can make good on our promise: health you can see, wellbeing you can feel.”
