Dandi, a consumer brand focused on improving fertility care experiences, has announced the expansion of its at-home injection support service. The company is now deploying specialized fertility nurses across 20+ major U.S. cities, with a network of 32 nurses covering metropolitan areas including Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Miami, Boston, and Dallas.
The expansion addresses a significant need in fertility care, with 86% of patients reporting that at-home injections are the hardest part of their fertility journey. The service combines in-person nursing support with virtual care options, offering medication training, partner injection training, professional administration of fertility injections, and after-hours support.
“We’ve witnessed firsthand how the stress and complexity of self-administered injections can impact treatment success,” said Leyla Bilali, Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer at Dandi. In addition to a decade of experience working as a fertility nurse at RMA of NY, a leading fertility clinic, Bilali also operated one of the country’s first fertility concierge businesses. “Building on eight years of experience serving over 800 women through Fertility Together, we’re now scaling this essential service nationwide to ensure no woman has to navigate this challenging journey alone.”
The service comes at a time of growing demand for fertility support. “The fertility care landscape is rapidly evolving, with 40% of employers now offering fertility benefits – up from 30% three years ago,” said Jake Kent, Co-Founder and CEO of Dandi. “We’re creating the infrastructure to support this growing need, ensuring women have access to professional care during the most critical moments of their fertility journey.”
Medical professionals are recognizing the value of such services. Dr. David Reichman, leading fertility doctor and associate professor at Weill-Cornell, shared, “One of the biggest anxieties we hear from patients is administration of their injections, which can at times be painful and confusing. Dandi’s innovative care services are a wonderful complement to clinical care and are supporting a much improved patient care experience.”
The company’s support ecosystem includes an award-winning IVF Care Kit alongside their personalized nursing support, aimed at providing both physical and emotional support throughout the fertility journey.
