Sunfish, a family planning platform, has launched Sunfish Starts, a six-month program designed to help individuals and couples prepare for fertility and family-building journeys.

While Sunfish’s flagship programs for egg freezing and IVF target patients ready to begin treatment, its latest offering helps prospective parents better understand fertility, costs, and care options, as reproductive health knowledge wanes.

With more couples facing infertility and birth rates reaching a record low, Sunfish bundles education, medication, treatment, and insurance support into a flat-fee program. Powered by its proprietary predictive AI model, the company’s egg freezing and IVF programs report a 79% success rate, compared to the U.S. average of 54.3%.

Now, its early-stage iteration, Sunfish Starts, focuses on four key verticals: financial readiness, clinical readiness and baseline testing, a personalized readiness dashboard, and evidence-based education. The program is available in two tiers: a premium membership, which includes personalized support, diagnostic guidance, and insurance and financial planning; and an introductory version, focused on education and financial planning for those just starting their fertility journey.

“Starting a family is full of so many unknowns. Sunfish Starts is what I wish I had for myself when I began my own journey: the complete roadmap of what I could expect, including outcomes and cost,” said Angela Rastegar, Co-Founder and CEO of Sunfish.

With a range of educational and treatment-based plans, Sunfish is building a comprehensive family planning hub that supports prospective and treatment-ready patients with the tools they need most.
