WHOOP has launched Advanced Labs, a feature combining blood biomarker testing with continuous wearable data to provide comprehensive health insights. According to the company, more than 350,000 members joined the waitlist since the May preview, reflecting strong demand for integrated health monitoring.
The human performance company enables members to either upload existing bloodwork at no cost or subscribe to curated blood testing panels powered by Quest Diagnostics. Subscription options include one test for $199, two tests annually for $349, or four tests per year for $599.
“WHOOP Advanced Labs bridges two worlds: lab diagnostics and 24/7 continuous monitoring,” said Will Ahmed, Founder and CEO. “For the first time, our members can see how their blood biomarkers and daily behaviors connect in real time.”
The platform provides clinician-reviewed results with personalized recommendations, AI-powered daily coaching, and progress tracking showing how lifestyle changes influence biomarkers over time. WHOOP developed the product with its Medical Advisory Board including Dr. Hazel Wallace, Dr. Robin Berzin, Dr. Eric Verdin, and Dr. Dan Henderson.
“Bloodwork can sometimes leave people with more questions than answers,” said Dr. Hazel Wallace, nutritionist and founder of The Food Medic. “WHOOP Advanced Labs helps bridge that gap by putting health insights directly into the hands of the individual.”
The feature connects blood test results with WHOOP’s continuous physiological data on sleep, training, recovery, and lifestyle patterns. Results are automatically synced to the WHOOP app and reviewed by licensed healthcare providers who provide expert context.
WHOOP Advanced Labs supports the company’s mission to add one billion healthy years to people’s lives by creating feedback loops between clinical biomarkers and continuous wearable data. The platform calculates net changes in members’ healthspan weekly, helping users understand how daily behaviors impact long-term health.
The feature launches initially for U.S. members with global rollout planned. WHOOP, founded in 2012, has raised over $400 million in venture capital and ships to 56 markets worldwide.
