Position Description
– Develop and achieve the revenue budget in the area of low plex infectious diseases Diagnostics with a focus on assays running on the NeuMoDx platform and the artus product line.
– Drive global a marketing plan and actively support sales in order to reach budget.
– Work in interdisciplinary project teams towards the development of new IVD products.
– Develop and implement the marketing plan in collaboration with regional marketing, monitor and coordinate the implementation of marketing activities according to the plan.
– Develop market and competitive intelligence. Assess market demand and user needs and develop business plans and market entry strategies for new products
– Manage product launches including training of trainers and toolbox for training, work with Marketing Centers of Excellence to produce marketing and technical literature on time and in budget.
– Product Maintenance: ongoing care and support of product line, including monitoring customer satisfaction, competitor activity, post market surveillance, forecasting, new customer needs and sales support materials, product changes.
Position Requirements
– Scientific degree (MSc. Level) in biology, chemistry – PhD and/or MBA degree is a plus.
– Knowledge of biotechnologies involved in molecular diagnostics : PCR, NGS, and of infectious diseases are a plus.
– Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales or marketing of IVD products in the designated application area.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of a second language is a plus.

– Experienced in time and project management.
– Willingness to travel up to 30 %.
