Accelerator program Women Who Tech has just opened applications for its new Femtech & Healthtech Startup Challenge, which aims to help close the femtech funding gap. Applications are open until July 18, 2021 and the nonprofit invites early-stage women-led startups to apply.
After the application deadline an investor jury will select 5 startups to participate in a 6-week virtual program, where mentors will work with the startups on their fundraising pitch and make investor introductions as needed. At the end of the program each startup will pitch a panel of investors and will be awarded $20K in equity free grants.
W Fund, SteelSky Ventures, HearstLab, Citrine Angels, and other funds will also be evaluating all finalists for further investment.
