Tia has announced a new partnership with Nourish, a food-as-medicine platform. The collaboration will integrate personalized nutrition counseling into Tia’s healthcare services, addressing a critical component of women’s overall health and wellness.
Through this partnership, Tia members will gain access to personalized nutrition guidance from Nourish’s network of registered dietitians, with services addressing a wide range of health goals and conditions including hormonal balance, fertility, chronic disease management, weight management, and general wellness.
“We believe nutrition is a cornerstone of women’s health and vitality. While nutrition has always been integrated into Tia’s holistic clinical model, our partnership with Nourish provides tailored nutritional care to our patients,” said Jessica Horwitz, Tia’s Chief Clinical Officer. “Nourish’s evidence-based approach to nutrition aligns with our holistic care model. Together, we’re making it easier for women to prioritize their health with comprehensive, coordinated care that is accessible and is usually covered by insurance.”
Nourish pairs individuals with registered dietitians who create tailored care plans including actionable coaching, customized recommendations, and progress tracking. A key benefit of the service is its accessibility—through partnerships with major insurance providers, 94% of Nourish patients can access nutrition support with zero out-of-pocket costs.
“At Nourish, we understand how essential nutrition is to a woman’s overall health, yet it’s often overlooked or difficult to access,” said Aidan Dewar, Co-Founder and CEO of Nourish. “This partnership with Tia bridges that gap, making it easier for women to integrate personalized nutrition into their care and take charge of their health in a meaningful way.”
This collaboration marks Nourish’s second major partnership in the women’s health space announced in recent months. In December 2024, Nourish teamed up with telehealth provider Wisp to enhance their GLP-1 weight care services, specifically addressing weight management challenges related to hormonal conditions such as perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and endometriosis.
The expanding partnerships reflect the growing recognition of nutrition as a fundamental component of healthcare, particularly for women whose nutritional needs can vary significantly throughout different life stages and health conditions. Tia’s “Whole Woman, Whole Life” care model blends gynecology, primary care, mental health, and evidence-based wellness services, and the addition of Nourish’s nutrition expertise further strengthens this comprehensive approach. The partnership also creates a two-way referral system, giving Nourish patients access to Tia’s services, providing a more complete healthcare offering.
