Stork Club, a reproductive health enterprise benefits provider, has introduced Condition-Based Care Pathways, a new program that creates personalized care plans based on members’ reproductive goals, medical conditions, and chronic health needs. The program, available through Stork Club’s digital platform, aims to improve clinical outcomes while reducing healthcare costs for employers and employees.

The new system addresses over 40 health conditions that affect reproductive outcomes, including Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis, Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational), Heart Disease, Preeclampsia, Postpartum Depression, Cancer, and Obesity. Members receive personalized plans through the Stork Club app, which include diagnostic guidance, symptom management, covered programs, and recommendations for provider visits via video consultations or in-clinic appointments.

The platform combines multiple covered services: fertility care for preservation or family building, maternity care with in-person birth doula support, and hormone replacement therapy for all genders. This approach differs from traditional benefits programs that offer generic options, instead providing tailored solutions for each member’s specific situation.

The company uses gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) management as an example of the program’s potential impact. Infants born to mothers with GDM typically spend 11 days in neonatal intensive care units (NICU), costing employers approximately $100,000 per case. Through early management, which the platform facilitates, the risk of preterm birth can be reduced by 50%, potentially saving $50,000 per case on NICU costs alone.

“Stork Club has been recognized for its product innovation in the health benefits industry, consistently delivering top clinical outcomes validated by national actuaries. This excellence has driven 100% customer retention since Day 1 and an outstanding NPS of 92+ over the years. Today, we are proud to continue leading employers and their members into a new era of proactive, hyper-personalized care. Stork Club’s approach not only reduces unnecessary costs but also ensures that every member feels genuinely seen and supported, with care tailored to their unique needs, goals, and health conditions—a critical and pioneering step forward in healthcare,” said Jeni Mayorskaya, Founder & CEO of Stork Club.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in San Francisco, Stork Club has secured $32.7M in funding from investors including General Catalyst, Bowery Capital, and Slow Ventures. The company provides care for teams across more than 100 countries from its U.S. headquarters.
