Remedy Meds has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Thirty Madison for just over $500 million in an all-stock transaction. The deal combines telehealth brands serving women’s health, men’s health, and metabolic conditions under one platform.

The acquisition brings together Remedy Meds’ weight loss platform with Thirty Madison’s portfolio including Nurx for women’s health, Cove for migraine treatment, and Keeps for men’s hair loss. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to regulatory review and customary closing conditions.

The combined entity will generate over $670 million in annual revenue, with Remedy Meds contributing $450 million and Thirty Madison adding $220 million. Both companies report substantial profitability, according to an announcement.

“By bringing together Thirty Madison’s trusted brands with Remedy Med’s acquisition engine, retention system, and pharmacy infrastructure, we will broaden access, shorten time-to-treatment, and maintain the financial discipline that has defined our growth,” said Haris Memon, Founder and CEO of Remedy Meds.

The acquisition creates a multi-specialty telehealth platform with nationwide clinician coverage and integrated pharmacy fulfillment. The companies plan to leverage cross-category synergies and improved funnel efficiency across their patient base.

For the women’s health sector, the deal consolidates two significant players in direct-to-consumer specialty care. While Remedy Meds is focused on weight loss medication, Thirty Madison’s Nurx provides birth control, emergency contraception, and sexual health services, while their brand Cove focuses specifically on migraine treatment and prevention.

“Thirty Madison and Remedy Meds share a belief that patients deserve a better healthcare experience. Together we will deliver on making high-quality specialty care easier to access for millions of patients across the conditions we serve,” said Demetri Karagas, CEO and Co-Founder of Thirty Madison.

The transaction positions the combined company as a larger competitor in the telehealth space, with integrated pharmacy operations supporting same-day video consultations and direct-to-door prescription delivery across multiple health categories.
