GoRocky, a Philippines-based telehealth platform focused on men’s health and chronic care, acquired Kindred Health, a hybrid women’s health clinic.
Founded by nurse Jessica de Mesa-Lim, Kindred Health offers consultations, diagnostics, vaccines, ultrasounds, and specialized care spanning infertility, menopause, and infectious diseases through its virtual platform and a flagship clinic in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), which will remain open following the acquisition. Providing virtual care for men’s sexual health, hair loss, and weight management, GoRocky expanded into chronic care after raising $2 million in 2025.
The deal marks GoRocky’s first move into women’s health, driven by growing demand as more than 60% of its weight management patients are women. Together, GoRocky aims to build an integrated platform for gender-specific and chronic care– similar to US-based Hims & Hers.
Enhancing Kindred’s existing care model, GoRocky will layer its network of licensed doctors, partner pharmacy, medical records system, diagnostics, and order management system to streamline the patient experience
“Our first priority is to serve existing patients better: 24/7 support, an expanded doctor network, and more treatment options as determined by our doctors, while ensuring continuity of care throughout the transition,” said GoRocky CEO Kiyanusch Braun. “From there, we will grow care across Kindred’s flagship clinic in BGC and online to millions of patients to come, adding services for menopause, metabolic health, mental health, and sexual health.”
