Oura has launched Health Panels, enabling members to schedule blood tests and view results directly within the Oura App integrated with continuous ring data. The feature, priced at $99, tests 50 cardiometabolic biomarkers and connects them with sleep, readiness, and activity patterns tracked by the Oura Ring.

The company partnered with Quest Diagnostics to enable members to schedule blood draws at approximately 2,000 Quest locations across the United States. Tests are ordered and reviewed by licensed clinicians, with results delivered directly in the app designed to highlight important markers and trends.

“Health Panels are the next pivotal step in the evolution of ŌURA from a consumer wearable to a comprehensive health management platform,” said Holly Shelton, Chief Product Officer. “By connecting results from Quest’s clinical lab testing with the continuous insights from Oura Ring, we’re moving beyond tracking to truly enabling proactive health management.”

The platform integrates with Oura Advisor, the company’s AI-powered feature that provides personalized explanations and actionable recommendations based on blood test results. Members can ask questions like “What does my A1C of 5.7% mean?” and receive clear guidance connecting biomarker data to daily behaviors.

Results can be shared with physicians through downloadable reports, and trends can be tracked over time to show how nutrition, exercise, and stress impact long-term health. The integration builds on Oura’s existing metabolic data work with the Stelo Glucose Biosensor.

“At ŌURA, we believe that health is deeply personal and intricately woven into everyday life,” said Tom Hale, CEO. “With new in-app Health Panels, members receive guidance tailored to their unique biomarker trends and daily patterns.”

The announcement coincides with the launch of Oura Ring 4 Ceramic in four new colors (see image) and multi-ring support allowing members to switch between different ring styles under a single account.
