Nourish, a virtual nutrition care company, has launched Nourish Labs, a program offering free cardiometabolic blood testing integrated into its dietitian-led care model. Patients can also add enhanced panels at self-pay prices for deeper insight into areas including heart health and hormone health.
The free basic panel includes key cardiometabolic markers such as cholesterol, blood sugar (A1C), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and other metabolic health indicators. Patients complete blood work through local lab partners, access results through the Nourish app, and review them with their dietitian alongside AI-powered insights.
“Too often, labs are either unaffordable or delivered without a clear next step,” said Aidan Dewar, Co-Founder and CEO of Nourish. “With Nourish Labs, we’re embedding free testing into ongoing dietitian-led care, supported by AI insights that help patients take action and track progress over time. We’re making lab data actionable and affordable, not just available.”
Nourish has been expanding its presence in women’s health over the past years through partnerships with Tia, integrating personalized nutrition counseling into Tia’s holistic women’s healthcare model, and with telehealth provider Wisp, offering nutrition support for patients using GLP-1 medications for weight management related to hormonal conditions including perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and endometriosis.
Nourish says it operates the largest registered dietitian network in the United States and provides insurance-covered virtual nutrition care across all 50 states.
