Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC (Cost Plus Drugs) has announced a partnership with Posterity Health, a male fertility and sexual health company. Goal of this partnership is to broaden access to specialized treatment for male (in)fertility, sexual dysfunction, and low testosterone by making it more affordable.
The new collaboration between addresses a notable health concern: currently, one in six couples face difficulties with conception, with male fertility issues or sperm quality problems implicated in half of these cases.
Mark Cuban, Founder of Cost Plus Drugs, explained: “We initiated Cost Plus Drugs to make medications more affordable and accessible. We also hope to improve health outcomes and encourage people impacted by medical conditions to take action.” He underlined the importance of addressing male fertility and men’s sexual health, advocating for a reduction in the stigma surrounding these areas of healthcare.
Posterity Health offers patients access to Reproductive Urologists, who are uniquely equipped to diagnose and treat male fertility and other sexual health concerns. Alongside a digital health platform, Posterity Health maintains a network of in-person checkpoints throughout the country, allowing for the provision of comprehensive care for men, regardless of their location.
“We are excited to be at the forefront of helping males access affordable medications to help them start and grow their families,” concludes Alex Oshmyansky, CEO of Cost Plus Drugs. “The relationship will allow males with fertility and sexual health conditions to receive the care they require with immediate access to affordable medications.”
