Major Care, a virtual postpartum doula platform has just announced the launch of its new app devoted to postpartum parents’ self-care on. The mobile app features a day-by-day guide to the fourth trimester with videos, evidence-based information on everything from lactation and nutrition to mental health, as well as access to on-demand postpartum doulas.
