Menopause startups are on the rise – both in numbers and in terms of the capital and attention they attract. Today another company focused on menopausal women joins their ranks: LaMaria – A skincare brand that’s pro-you instead of anti-age.

The DTC company was founded by OB-GYN Dr. Manuela Maria Vazquez who wanted to create a product specifically for women undergoing hormonal changes. The brand is positioning itself in the luxury wellness category and the product line currently includes two moisturizers. Both products are sold exclusively on the company’s website.
