Labcorp has agreed to acquire Myriad Genetics’ prenatal health testing business for $210 million. The transaction is expected to close by early 2027.
The deal includes Myriad’s Prequel, Foresight, SneakPeek, and FirstGene, along with the business’s inventory at closing. While its prenatal testing business served more than 600,000 patients over the last year, the sale reflects Myriad’s shift toward cancer testing and care.

Labcorp expects the acquisition to generate an additional $160 million in revenue in its first year, expanding its women’s health testing business.
