Kindbody has announced a series of updates to its fertility benefits platform, including new programs in pregnancy support, menopause, and men’s health, as well as an expanded clinic network and AI-powered tools for navigation and intake.

The updates will enter a pilot phase with select employer clients in 2026, representing over three million covered lives, ahead of broader availability in 2027.

The company has expanded its clinic network through partnerships with IVIRMA, Inception Fertility (including The Prelude Network), and Ivy Fertility to provide coverage in more regions.

New offerings include a pregnancy support app launching in Q2 2026 that will provide daily guidance on pregnancy and postpartum care along with assessments for mental health needs. The company is also adding a physician-led menopause program offering consultations with board-certified OB-GYNs, including hormone replacement therapy when appropriate, plus support from nutritionists, mental health therapists, and pelvic floor specialists. Through KindMan, developed with Posterity Health, Kindbody is expanding men’s health services including hormone management and evaluations for andropause, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and varicocele.

Additional updates include a new medication portal for fertility prescriptions with authorization tracking, delivery visibility, and educational materials, as well as AI tools for intake and navigation, benefits tracking, and clinical workflow optimization. The company said it will introduce a savings model for large employers in 2027 with capped procedure pricing and a shared-savings structure.

“By unifying best-in-class clinical care, AI-driven intelligence, and whole-person support, we are making it easier and more cost-effective for more people to build the families they envision,” said David Stern, CEO of Kindbody.

Kindbody has raised more than $315 million in debt and equity funding.
