Kiara Health has secured an undisclosed pre-seed round from Coyote Ventures to advance its AI-powered personalized fertility care platform.

Kiara was founded by Milan Chavarkar, a nurse practitioner, founder of Lotus Health, and a Limited Partner at Coyote Ventures, and Priyanka Vaidya, founder of Delfina Health and a Venture Partner at the fund.

The company’s AI-powered Fertility Intelligence Engine uses clinical history, lifestyle, biomarkers, laboratory data, and evidence-based guidelines to create personalized insights and care plans – helping patients understand their fertility options before entering treatment. To enhance its insights, Kiara has secured partnerships with Mira, Levels, and Natera for data collection.

In a post on Coyote Ventures website, Founder and Managing Partner Jessica Karr explained how Kiara is tackling the currently fragmented fertility market.

“Kiara addresses this fragmentation by creating a unified intelligence platform that translates complex reproductive health data into personalized recommendations that evolve,” she said. “Instead of asking patients to navigate dozens of disconnected decisions, Kiara provides a coordinated pathway that spans education, diagnostics, coaching, clinical care, and ongoing optimization.”

With its latest funding, Kiara’s platform will continue to evolve across reproductive lifestages beyond fertility.

“What begins as fertility intelligence can ultimately evolve into a longitudinal reproductive health platform spanning fertility optimization, IVF preparation, pregnancy risk prediction, maternal health, postpartum care, and menopause,” said Karr. “As the platform expands, its intelligence engine will continue learning across multiple reproductive life stages, enabling increasingly personalized recommendations while supporting clinicians, researchers, employers, and healthcare systems.”
