DotLab is a personalized medicine company focused on women’s health and is starting with the development of a cutting-edge molecular diagnostic test for endometriosis. Ten percent of women of child-bearing age suffer from this debilitating disease, which takes an average of a decade to diagnose. We’re looking to change that.
DotLab is hiring a VP Sales to reimagine the experience of physicians and patients in women’s health. While much of today’s approach to endometriosis is marred by complexity and misinformation, we’re looking for someone who is excited to significantly improve the patient and physician journeys and make a lasting impact in women’s health. The ideal candidate has experience working with fertility clinics.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Oversee all aspects of sales for the DotEndo test
  • Develop and execute a clear growth strategy focused on regional opportunities, both domestically (U.S.) and internationally
  • Establish and track revenue goals focused on key regions
  • Define budget and manage spend to ensure adequate investments in sales-related activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key messaging for all physician segments
  • Build and lead a sales team
REQUIREMENTS 
  • Senior healthcare sales executive who is both strategic and “hands-on”
  • Startup experience and IVF expertise are required
  • Excited to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Diagnostics experience is a plus
  • Product launch experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preference for candidates located in SF Bay Area or NYC, though role can be largely remote in light of COVID-19
