Ivy Fertility has acquired six Kindbody locations across the Midwest, reopening them under its new Sage Reproductive Center practice and expanding its clinic footprint.
Sage Reproductive Center will operate across St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Chicago, offering fertility evaluation and treatment, fertility preservation, IVF, male infertility, LGBTQIA+ and third-party reproduction, recurrent pregnancy loss, and other reproductive health services.
Ivy has tapped five physician founding partners to launch Sage, including reproductive endocrinologists Amber R. Cooper, MD, MS; Ellen Hayes, MD; Fabiola Balmir, MD; and Juan Alvarez, MD, as well as obstetrician, gynecologist, and surgeon Sara Rizk, MD.
“What makes Sage Reproductive Center special is the physicians who are coming together to build it,” said Cooper. “We share a commitment to excellent medicine, thoughtful patient care and giving patients the information and options they need to make decisions about their reproductive health and family building.”
Ivy’s latest move follows its acquisition of Santa Barbara Fertility Center. With 14% year-over-year revenue growth, Ivy now operates 35 locations across 12 states, supported by a network of 75 physician partners.
