Foria, known for its nature-backed wellness and intimacy products, has acquired sleep health brand Ned, expanding its portfolio beyond intimacy, menopause care, and period relief to include solutions for sleep and stress management.

The acquisition brings together two brands focused on natural wellness solutions and ingredient transparency. Foria, recognized for products such as Awaken with CBD and Everyday Vulva Moisturizer, will now have access to Ned’s sleep and stress management portfolio, which includes Sleep Blend CBN Oil, Mello Magnesium, and Daily Blend Oil.

The strategic move appears particularly relevant for Foria’s focus on menopause care, as sleep disturbances are a common symptom during menopause transition. By incorporating Ned’s sleep solutions into its portfolio, Foria can offer more comprehensive support for women’s health needs.

Jon Brandon, Co-Founder & CEO of Foria, commented: “Foria is thrilled to welcome Ned to our family and to continue pioneering solutions that redefine holistic wellness. This acquisition isn’t just about products; it’s about creating a more connected, healthier and fulfilled life – for everyone. Quality sleep is an often-overlooked component of vital, full-body well-being and intimate connection and we’re excited to answer our community’s call for solutions that address this essential aspect of health.”

Ret Taylor, Co-Founder of Ned, adds: “We’re very excited about this next step in Ned’s journey to achieve wider exposure for the brand. We’ve long been committed to creating products that help people feel better and live better through the powers of the natural world. We’re delighted to find a company with aligned values to take the Ned brand to the next level.”

Following the acquisition, Ned’s products will remain available through helloned.com and select retailers, with further integration plans to be announced in 2025. The transaction reinforces a growing trend in women’s health where companies are expanding beyond their core offerings to address interconnected wellness needs.
