Global benefits provider Carrot Fertility has recently announced the expansion of its leadership team with three new hires: Julie Chavez joins as Vice President of Strategy and Alliances from global consulting firm Willis Towers Watson, where she spent 10 years in leadership roles on the national health and benefits team. Brooke Bartholomay Quinn joins as Senior Vice President of Customer Success from DHI Group, a leading provider of data, insights, and employment connections that serves multiple markets globally. Leslie Neitzel joins as Vice President of People, she has spent nearly 20 years in HR, for large corporations to startups, including Bank of America, Tribune Media, and Pendo where she helped scale the company from 90 to 400+ employees in three years.
As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Brooke Bartholomay Quinn will ensure the engagement, success, retention, and growth of Carrot’s more than 200 customers in more than 50 countries. Leslie Neitzel is now Vice President of People at Carrot Fertility and oversees human resources, cultural initiatives, and talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. Julie Chavez is now VP of Strategy & Alliances and will support Carrot Fertility’s growth building strategic partnerships, and sourcing innovative alliances.
