U.K.based personal hygiene company Reckitt Benckiser has announced the acquisition of intimate care brand Queen V last week. Queen V has been around since 2018 and offers a selection of vaginal hygiene and health products. The company was backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and has sold products at Walmart and CVS.
Queen V will now join Reckitt Benckiser’s health global business, that’s also responsible for condom brand Durex and lubricant brand KY. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Reckitt Benckiser the acquisition is in line with the company’s strategy to “play in new spaces and places.”
