As the Senior Director, Clinical Outcomes you will:
- Develop and execute strategies to report return on investment metrics (ROI) to clients including claims and self-reported data
- Partner with the commercial and business development teams to communicate ROI metrics and craft Maven’s value proposition to clients
- Participate in client-facing meeting and product pitches as needed
- Lead the efforts to perform clinical analytics and data mining using medical and pharmacy claims
- Assess clinical viability and market potential of product enhancements and new products aimed at improving Maven’s telehealth programs
- Conduct clinical market research to inform decision making across the executive management team.
- Lead the initiatives to measure, drive, and improve health care outcomes
- Use behavioral economics to reduce cost while improving healthcare quality and outcomes
- Oversee Maven’s clinical research programs for peer-reviewed publications
We are looking for you to bring:
- 8+ years of healthcare experience
- Background in health service research, behavioral economics, or health economics and outcomes research in a commercial setting
- Leadership translating in commercial terms the clinical impact of Maven’s programs
- Direct experience working with claims and other health system data
- Prior experience working in digital health is a plus
- Familiarity with maternal healthcare is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing a clinical research or clinical product strategy team
- Ability to work well cross functionally with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, data scientists, digital product designers and technologists
- A great team-player attitude
- Humble with ability to roll up sleeves and work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
