Maven is looking for a growth oriented, Marketing Campaign Manager to drive the creation, execution and analysis of our lead generation efforts to build our B2B pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You will partner closely with our Marketing, Communications, and Sales organizations to deliver cross-functional, multi-touch, multi-dimensional campaigns including both inbound and outbound tactics.

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Own the creation and execution of our account based marketing (ABM) campaigns including account prioritization and planning, research, campaign workflows and channel tactics
  • Create campaign calendars in partnership with Sales to execute seamless ABM campaigns
  • Partner with content to create compelling and engaging content based on buyer personas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our communications, content, events and partnerships teams to support lead generation efforts for integrated campaigns
  • Set metrics to measure channel effectiveness and continually optimize paid efforts in order to prioritize spend efficiently
  • Continually test and learn, recommend new channels, acquisition approaches and A/B tests
  • Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 4-5 years of marketing experience driving account based marketing or demand gen programs for B2B organizations
  • Proven track record of executing account based marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL & LTV)
  • Experience with Hubspot, Terminus and Salesforce preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in a highly analytical role
  • Execution oriented mindset – with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
