Role Description

Pill Club is seeking a User Acquisition Marketing Creative Producer with a deep understanding of what it takes to develop and execute creative across multiple ad platforms for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. Reporting to the Sr. User Acquisition Marketing Manager, the Creative Producer will work closely with the User Acquisition team to lead the ideation, development, execution, and scaling of paid ad creative, primarily focused on the direct response marketing tactics across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Youtube.

We are looking for a design-minded, creative, and skilled storyteller who can identify the drivers and creative themes that influence consumer buying behavior across multiple psychographics. You will own the execution of evergreen and seasonal campaigns, the launch of new service offerings, as well as play a vital role in the strategy and implementation of a rigorous calendar of experiments to determine scalable drivers of business impact based on causality. This role will be tightly integrated with our data science and creative teams and expected to be in close touch with learnings from all other marketing channels.

This is a dream role for the mission-oriented growth marketer with a strong creative instinct, visual design sense, and a love of content and pop culture verbiage who loves bridging the gap between user acquisition and creative development.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing team to analyze ad-level performance, record learnings, and iterate future ads accordingly
  • Project manage ad creative development process from high-level concept to storyboard and visual references, ensuring the firm hits the targets set in the testing schedule
  • Manage outside creative partners/agencies
  • Develop new ad concepts with an emphasis on testing and learning around messaging, visual aesthetics, design, sound, etc. across a variety of demographic and psychographic profiles
  • Develop and maintain a backlog of ad concepts, pitching these concepts weekly in the Creative Planning meetings
  • Support a high-velocity and high-integrity experimentation environment while collaborating with cross-functional partners on test design and measurement
  • Employ a data-backed approach to decision making & creative optimization; regularly extract channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization to help hit ROI goals
  • Stay informed on pop culture and competitive creative landscape

Qualifications

  • You have a BS degree, excellent analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with 3+ years dedicated to paid social campaigns management at-scale
  • Strongly self-directed individual contributor while also balancing project management and ideation cross-collaboratively
  • Ability to work quickly and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Design experience (Editing, Videography, Graphic Design, Animation)
  • Prior experience building direct-to-consumer ads on multiple platforms
  • Mission aligned and energized by the opportunity to eliminate barriers to access for women’s healthcare
  • Bonus:
  • You have experience with either Facebook’s native UI (Ads Manager) or third party ad management platforms (e.g. Kenshoo)
  • Skilled video editor (YouTube, Instagram type ads)

This is a full-time position. Our offices are in San Mateo, CA, but this role may be remote. Title and compensation will reflect level of experience and expected contribution.
