About The Cusp

The Cusp is creating a new, integrative approach to midlife care with telehealth and technology, starting with a focus on menopause—which half of the population will go through. We deliver highly personalized, evidence-based expert care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to handle all aspects of the member care journey. This would be a great fit for someone with a passion for women’s health and some clinical background.

Care Coordinators work directly with our members via secure chat messaging. They act as liaisons between the clinicians and members providing recommendations and support (both emotional and logistical). At this early stage, you will also have an important voice in shaping how our service evolves. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and are looking for someone who is passionate about women’s health, and invested in creating something meaningful that truly makes an impact on women’s lives.

Once you’re here, you will:

  • Act as the first touch point for members and a unifying guide for providers
  • Facitate member onboarding
  • Help the support team answer incoming emails re. our different plans and protocols around medication
  • Create charts and import data into The Cusp Electronic Health Record
  • Facilitate and coordinate labs and imaging services (mammogram, ultrasound)
  • Oversee all aspects of each client’s experience of our service
  • Assist in scheduling visits for our members
  • Manage member health information according to company policy and HIPAA guidelines

Relevant Experience:

  • 2+ years clinical experience in women’s health or experience in women’s health advocacy & education. Preference for medical assistants, LVNs, patient care coordinators, social workers, and related positions.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to triage and handle support issues for members
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across disciplines
  • Plus: if you have a background in concierge medicine
  • Growth mindset: Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation
