The Cusp provides comprehensive, collaborative, compassionate menopause care that’s built around—and with—women.
About The Cusp
The Cusp is creating a new, integrative approach to midlife care with telehealth and technology, starting with a focus on menopause—which half of the population will go through. We deliver highly personalized, evidence-based expert care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Role Summary
We are a multidisciplinary team of doctors (e.g. psychiatry, OBGYN, integrative medicine, endocrinology), nurse practitioners, and naturopathic doctors working together to provide better, integrated care for women navigating menopause. We have pulled together top experts across these fields and created a unified, evidence-based, protocol-driven system for providing care to women entering perimenopause and entering midlife (age 40-70). You will be acting as a point of contact for members asking clinical questions through our app, making clinical assessments, consulting with other team members, and communicating treatment recommendations. You will have support from our Care Coordinators and will work closely with them on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of delivering personalized healthcare in an innovative model that enables women to access and understand treatment options that are not typically offered by their primary care physicians.
Why This Job Is Important To The Cusp
We are looking for a physician who can be a role model for care and to manage a group of nurse practitioners. We are looking for a solid physician leader and collaborator who has clinical experience caring for women in perimenopause and in midlife and a desire to create meaningful, human-centered healthcare experiences.

- Follow up with our members via our chat interface to answer additional questions, modify prescriptions, etc.

- Help The Cusp improve the care we provide by updating our clinical protocols, presenting during our case conferences, and creating educational materials for our members
