The Opportunity
Carrot is looking for a driven product marketing manager who is passionate about transforming markets and driving business growth through innovative storytelling and marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy for key customer segments and products, build messaging and programs that generate demand, and accelerate revenue. The role will report to Carrot’s Head of Marketing.

The Responsibilities
● Create and execute go-to-market plans to launch new products and achieve business goals.
● Gather, analyze and share competitive and trend analysis to inform product and marketing roadmaps.

● Develop new audience-specific positioning and messaging for campaigns and product features.
● Partner with Sales to provide actionable sales tools, training, and consultative engagement to serve the needs of the field (battlecards, whitepapers, presentations, etc.).
● Identify new product needs based on user research, package those insights, and promote them in a way that drives customer adoption.

About You
● 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably at a B2B company
● 2+ years of product marketing experience
Healthcare experience a plus
● Ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes cross-functionally
● Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats
● Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
● Experience with healthcare and benefits is a plus but not required
● Ability to blend marketing art and science to deliver impactful, data-driven results
