The Content Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. By fostering close relationships with content creators and keeping in constant communication with partners, the Content Producer guides the production of assets from creation to deployment. As a Content Producer, you will manage advertising campaign deliverables, brand design artwork, editorial and community content, and partnership content.

You are the soul of our operations, ensuring creative teams are focused on making, and stakeholders are in the know. This is a senior role on a team of experts, and therefore interfacing with executives is a regular occurrence.

This role will live on the Oura Marketing team and report directly to the Creative Director.

Critical Skills:

  • Partner with main team leaders to guide the creative execution and production of top-tier assets for a global audience.
  • Maintain a clear overview of all content creation and instinctively delve into details when a more hands on approach is required.
  • Communicate schedules, status, risks, challenges, and solutions throughout the company.
  • You are a master of influence, carefully balancing creative excellence with on time delivery while following budget guidelines.
  • An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions.
  • Ability to distill complex plans down to their path and essential milestones.
  • Maintain a total ownership mentality, accountable and invested in great outcomes and high quality content.
  • Excel in a fast paced highly agile environment with daily deliverables that must be met.
  • A deep understanding of Marketing channels and associative functions and content

Requirements

  • Establish production practices from the ground up, including; asset management, tool designation/organization, deliverables roadmap, stakeholder engagement and prioritization process
  • Manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process.
  • Organize frequent creative reviews with various stakeholders across our organization to solicit feedback and approval on content.
  • Create workback and production schedules based on delivery dates and keep necessary parties updated on production deadlines & milestones.
  • Maintain deliverable trackers and sync with cross-functional teams and other partners to ensure understanding on asset production statuses and timing.
  • Manage vendors with responsible project owner, including reviewing bids for accuracy, consistency and once approved, initiate SOW’s and PO requests.
  • Forecast and maintain asset production budgets and meet with finance partners to ensure accuracy of budget control documents.
  • Maintain usage licensing log to ensure Oura remains compliant with agreements.
  • Liaise with Oura’s Legal team with proper caveats for review and approvals.
  • Ensure internal and external content portals are up-to-date.
  • QC all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, and ensure files are error free.
  • Ensure assets are delivered as needed, and in accordance to guidelines and best practices to each Marketing channel owner for trafficking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in applicable field such as Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Content
  • 7+ years of experience in content production
  • Expertise in the advertising process and brand design systems
  • Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows
