For this we are looking for an:
Intern Content Creation & Graphic- and Motion design (m/f/x) in Berlin!

YOUR MISSION
  • Together with you we want to take our ads to a new level!
  • You take over the creation of ads in photo and video format for our paid channels like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok
  • You will be guided by our CI and work closely with both Graphics and Performance Marketing
  • Support of the Graphics department for both smaller and bigger projects and campaigns
  • Support for internal photo shoots, where you can show your eye for detail and let your creativity run wild
  • Actively taking part in weekly Marketing Meetings as well as in training sessions of the social platforms
YOUR PROFILE
  • You are an enrolled student and have already gained extensive knowledge in communication design
  • You enjoy concepting creative ideas and the co-design of our brand and have a good understanding of typography, colors, pictures and moving images
  • You easily make use of programs such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • You also have basic knowledge in motion design, video editing, small video effects and text animation (also with mobile apps like Mojo, Ripl and co.)
  • If you have a portfolio, we would be happy to get some insight
  • Experience in Performance Marketing would be the cherry on the cake 😉

Modernising shameful products for shameless bodies

Founded in 2018 by Ann-Sophie Claus and Sinja Stadelmaier, The Female Company is a FemCare start-up which offers organic period and postpartum products and a platform around education on female health.

We were the first subscription model for organic period products in Germany and all products are made of certified organic cotton, which is grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Our overall aim is not only to provide sustainable alternatives, but to break taboos around shameful topics and to empower women to be proud in their womanhood! Our most recent successes:

With “The Tampon Book”, we significantly contributed to the political decision to reduce the tax rate on period products from 19% to 7%. Additionally to Anni & Sinjas invitation to the German Bundestag, the founders were also invited by the United Nations to be political spokespeople at the Women’s Rights Commission in New York.
