Uqora’s Digital Marketing Manager will manage key digital marketing initiatives at Uqora, including program management for Uqora’s Adwords, Facebook and radio marketing in coordination with key agency partners.

About us:

Uqora makes innovative products for urinary tract health.

Uqora was born out of frustration—founder Jenna Ryan had 8 UTIs in one year. She knew she couldn’t stay stuck in this cycle, but didn’t realize how many people like her were struggling with the same issue. Turns out, UTIs are the second most common infection in the US, second only to the common cold. That led Jenna and her co-founder, Spencer Gordon, to partner with physicians and urologists, and build on the best research available to develop unique urinary health solutions.

Since launching in 2017, Uqora’s been able to help over 100,000 people get proactive about urinary tract health. Uqora is very focused on creating exceptional products and a vibrant, collaborative community of customers.

Uqora is a lean team with a big impact. Uqora launched in 2017, grew 14x in 2018, 5x in 2019, and is expecting 3x growth in 2020. As the 13th full-time hire, you’ll have the opportunity to meaningfully influence Uqora’s steep growth curve.

A sampling of what you’ll be doing: 

Working closely with multiple channel partners to optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns; pushing innovation and ensuring quality (specific channels include Facebook advertising, SEM, TV and radio)

Obsessing over CAC by channel, refining attribution practices

Discovering and testing new, creative customer acquisition initiatives

Contributing to the overall discussion around Growth at Uqora (acquisition + retention + brand)

Required experience:

Proven experience working with at least a few of our primary customer acquisition channels

Core understanding of customer acquisition and relevant KPIs

Prior e-commerce experience

Additional details: 

We’re baed in San Diego, CA, but we’ll accept remote candidates if they’re based elsewhere in CA
