Role Summary
We are hiring Sales Account Executive(s) for the NE portion of the United States, to drive the end to end sales process with healthplans and contract research activities. This includes a team focused on major healthcare providers, clinical research organizations,  drug and biologic developers, and academic research institutions.
Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy and Solutions, you will join a team that loves solving big problems for clients, building relationships, providing a best-in-class solution, working within a great team selling environment, business strategy, and new opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in growing Everlywell’s healthcare and research sales channels, so being a self-starter, highly motivated and entrepreneurial is a must.

What You’ll Do:

    • Cultivate a pipeline of opportunities and manage progression/deal flow, with a keen emphasis on large strategic partnerships. Must have clear, proven ability to close large complex deals, exceed sales goals and work well with internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate with leaders in product, operations engineering and marketing to provide concise and timely market feedback, scope client implementations, define opportunities, and launch profitable new clients
    • Lead and manage sales activities, including all steps in the partnerships & sales lifecycle, from prospecting to launch to transition to account management
    • Must be willing to roll up sleeves and execute in a scrappy and at times ambiguous environment, while maintaining flexibility based upon company goals, growth objectives, and culture

Who You Are:

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a complex sale environment
    • Healthcare and research operations expertise with deep networks with providers and CROs
    • Demonstrable competency in enterprise sales processes, contracting, partnerships and closing deals
    • Resilient with the ability to constructively work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Ability to set territory sales strategy and execute on the plan
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to greatly contribute to team culture
    • Analytical/data-driven coupled with creative problem solving
    • Deep understanding of the sales and implementation cycle, matching deals to company capabilities and ensuring profitable partnerships
    • Ability to represent the company with external constituents
    • Must be willing to travel up to 50%
