ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to Supply Chain Team, this candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of detailed information within the Everlywell operations.
  • The Supply Chain Analyst will then use this information to highlight risk and recommend changes within Everlywell and our vendor partners to ensure the delivery of a highly predictable and stable Supply Chain.
  • A blend of entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to influence will be hallmarks of the successful candidate.
  • Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will have the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally and with all levels within the organization.
  • You will know business and stakeholder requirements and proactively delivers solutions.
  • Your ability to work in a self- directed and rapidly changing environment and aggressively pursues deliverables is crucial.

What You’ll Do:

    • Facilitate KPI reporting within Supply Chain and recommend actions to address performance challenges (e.g. service level agreement, inventory, quality and fulfillment metrics etc.)
    • Collaborate with Operations Management to understand information needs to optimize existing tools and create new solutions
    • Effectively keep the team on task and influence process change resulting in improved customer experience
    • Utilize, maintain, and leverage statistical models, analysis, and reports to identify cost and service improvements
    • Assist in managing inventory levels across all channels
    • Take ownership and responsibilities of metrics or projects as well as create customized reports to internal customers and partners
    • Identify areas of improvement and value-add, define and implement efficiency enhancement
    • Other duties as required

Who You Are:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations
    • Minimum of 2 years in a data analyst function
    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Logistics or related field preferred
    • Advanced proficient skills in Microsoft Excel required
    • Tableau and Salesforce experience required
    • Experience on SQL Server desirable
    • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain metrics with a focus on quality and logistics; including inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, utilization management, and formulary development
    • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions to draw meaningful conclusions from them
    • Proven ability to organize, analyze and present data and relate findings to business solutions.
