Jude, a UK-based bladder health and pelvic floor brand, has launched PelviTONE, a supplement designed to support pelvic floor strength, alongside a guided training program called The Strength Method.
The supplement was developed over 18 months in collaboration with Dr. Zena Wehbe, Jude’s Principal Scientist in Cell Biology and Molecular Pharmacology, and researchers at the University of Brighton. The formula includes marine collagen peptides, creatine monohydrate, hyaluronic acid, grape polyphenols, and vitamins and minerals.
“Pelvic floor exercises are important, but muscles also need proper nutritional support,” said Dr. Wehbe. “That’s where our approach fuses sports science and nutrition. PelviTONE provides the building blocks – collagen for connective tissue, performance creatine for muscle energy, minerals for normal muscle function – that support the tissues women are working to strengthen.”

The Strength Method Program, created with sports science consultancy The Well HQ, is a guided video program designed to go beyond traditional Kegel exercises. Jude cites research showing that integrated, functional movement patterns can be up to 56% more effective at activating pelvic floor muscles than Kegels alone.
“At Jude, our mission is to empower women to feel confident and in control of their bodies,” said Peony Li, Founder and CEO of Jude. “PelviTONE brings sports science into pelvic health, combining evidence-based nutrition with smarter movement so women can reclaim everyday freedom.”
Pelvic floor weakness affects an estimated 14 million people in the UK. Research commissioned by Jude found that 94% of UK women aged 40 and over experience accidental leaks, with 42% reporting at least weekly occurrences.
Founded in 2021, Jude says it has sold over one million sachets of supplements and built a bladder health evidence program with data from over 21,000 women.
