Medtech company ASPIVIX has announced a new partnership with Tia, the U.S. based women’s health clinic network, to enhance the IUD insertion experience. This collaboration will introduce ASPIVIX’s Carevix, a device designed to reduce pain during IUD insertions, at nine Tia clinics located in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Scottsdale.
The partnership reflects a shared mission between ASPIVIX and Tia to prioritize women’s health needs and improve the quality of care in gynecology. Carevix is positioned as an alternative to the traditional cervical tenaculum, offering a more comfortable experience during transcervical procedures.

We know that IUD insertions can be a painful experience, and we’ve heard women’s frustrations about their pain being dismissed or minimized. Carevix was FDA-approved earlier this year, and clinical data presented at the 2024 American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) conference showed its potential in improving patient outcomes during gynecological procedures. This partnership marks ASPIVIX’s continued expansion into the U.S. market, following similar collaborations with other healthcare institutions.
