
1337 Ventures has announced the 11 early-stage startups selected for its inaugural Alpha Startups: Inno4Her accelerator program, Southeast Asia’s first femtech-focused pre-accelerator. The selected companies span across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, focusing on various aspects of women’s health from cancer screening to menopause support and reproductive health.
The eight-week program, which kicked off recently, aims to empower founders building solutions in the femtech and women-focused sectors. The cohort represents a diverse range of innovations addressing critical challenges in women’s healthcare across the region.
The selected startups include:

The Alpha Startups: Inno4Her program focuses on six key areas in women’s health: personalized healthcare using AI and data analytics, menopause and aging health solutions, menstrual health innovations, advanced maternal care, fertility and reproductive health solutions, and wearable technology for women’s health.
Throughout the program, participating startups will receive over 10 hours of mentoring from industry experts, digital credits worth up to RM20,000 (approximately USD 4,700), fundraising support, office space, and access to corporate partners and market opportunities. The accelerator will culminate in a Demo Day scheduled for April 25, 2025, where startups will showcase their solutions to investors and industry stakeholders.
The accelerator program runs on a hybrid model with both virtual and physical sessions, featuring mentoring sessions, investor office hours, and networking opportunities. As part of the program, 1337 Ventures has also organized a series of webinars featuring femtech founders and industry experts discussing various aspects of women’s health innovation.
