“It will take 107 years to close the gender gap. We want to speed up the process.”

Women’s Brain Project is organizing the WBP Challenge, a global hackathon with the goal to advance the understanding of sex and gender differences for precision medicine between Jan 15, 2021 and Feb 15, 2021. The event will be fully virtual. Those interested in participating are invited to apply using this Google Form or to get in touch with the organizers directly.

The group invited individual students, groups and researchers to participate. Basic requirements include experience in data analysis, basic coding skills and proficiency in MS Office. Participants will have the freedom to choose their own scientific question. The only requirement is that it has to be linked to sex and gender differences to advance science and precision medicine.
