In recent months, the women’s health innovation ecosystem has seen a notable shift towards the creation of venture studios. In essence this trend reflects a movement from traditional short-term accelerator models to more integrated and long-term support systems, aiming to support new women’s health ventures in a more holistic way.

Venture studios Astrawell, Daya, and Fierce Foundry have recently started operating in the women’s health space. They are among the first representatives of this emerging trend, hoping to better align incentives and potentially lead to more success and impact – and possibly they won’t be the last.
