Progyny has launched pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause programs for global employers, available starting January 1, 2026. The programs complement the company’s existing global fertility and family building services.
The US-based company offers personalized consultations with Global Care Advocates specializing in maternal health, menopause, and mental health. Services include a knowledge center for evidence-based education, country-specific navigator support for local care and regulations, and a GDPR-compliant platform tailored to different regions.
A UK study showed 1 in 10 working women left a job due to menopause symptoms. According to a McKinsey study, closing gaps in women’s health globally could add $1 trillion to the global economy by 2040.
“We’ve done extensive research and heard from employers that a clear gap exists – they need local market expertise and real partnership for their employees,” said Jenny Saft, General Manager of Global Markets at Progyny. “Progyny’s global offerings combine our recognized focus on clinical expertise with localized guidance, helping members find and connect to the right care at the right time, wherever our members live.”
The platform is multilingual, covering the most common languages spoken in more than 127 countries with capabilities to support employees worldwide. Services include assistance with public coverage comprehension, referral requirements, and leave rules navigation.
Progyny provides women’s health and family building solutions for employers, health plans, and benefit purchasers. The company is headquartered in New York City and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker PGNY.
