Pride Health has raised $300,000 in a pre-seed round led by A2D Ventures, with participation from Enterprise Singapore, First Move, and depa’s Digital Startup Fund. The Bangkok-based company operates a digital healthcare platform for LGBTQ+ communities across Asia.
The funding will support regional expansion and technology development. Pride Health plans to scale user acquisition, launch new clinical verticals including gender affirming care and preventive medicine, and strengthen its AI and automation infrastructure.
The platform integrates telehealth consultations with licensed LGBTQ+ clinicians, AI-driven personalization for preventive, mental, sexual, and gender affirming health, e-commerce access for prescriptions and diagnostics, and biomarker tracking through subscription plans.
According to the company, over 70 percent of LGBTQ+ individuals in Asia report barriers to safe, affirming care due to stigma or a lack of trained professionals. In Thailand, an estimated 8 to 10 percent of the population identifies as LGBTQ+.
Since its launch in March 2025, Pride Health has served over 1,800 users, with a 54% repeat rate. The company is expanding across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
“Healthcare access should never depend on identity. We are excited to back Pride Health in this journey, as they scale and enable inclusive care–digitally, privately, and with compassion,” said Ankit Upadhyay, Co-Founder & General Partner at A2D Ventures.
“Everyone deserves the right to their unique healthcare needs,” said Bruce Li, Co-Founder & CEO of Pride Health. “Across Asia, too many LGBTQ+ people are still being denied that right, stigmatised, misunderstood, or forced to hide who they are to access appropriate care. We’re building Pride Health so that everyone can access inclusive healthcare that is judgment-free and innovative.”
