In 2000 The World Economic Forum first launched the Technology Pioneer community to connect those creating innovation critical to the future well-being of society and to driving economic growth. The community is composed of early to growth-stage companies from around the world that are involved in the design, development and deployment of new technologies and innovations, and are poised to have a significant impact on business and society. Among the latest cohort of companies joining the Technology Pioneer program is women’s health company OCON Healthcare, known for its spherical (3D) intrauterine drug-delivery platform technology.

OCON Healthcare’s CEO Keren Leshem shares: “We are humbled and honored to have been selected as a Technology pioneer by the World Economic Forum for our contribution to shaping the future of women’s health. It speaks to the urgent need for innovation and options in this space and confirms the uniqueness of our platform technology impacting and improving women’s quality of life globally. We are beyond thrilled and thankful for the opportunity to work with global leaders in the World Economic Forum to spotlight and advance female health and female leadership.”
