Midi Health, a women’s telehealth company focused on perimenopause and menopause care, has raised $100 million in Series D funding at a valuation exceeding $1 billion. The round was led by Goodwater Capital with participation from new investors Foresite Capital and Serena Ventures, as well as existing backers Advance Venture Partners, GV (Google Ventures), Emerson Collective, SemperVirens, and McKesson Ventures.
The company says its insurance-covered services now reach more than 45 million women across all 50 US states, with more than 25,000 patients using the platform each week. Midi provides integrated care led by specialists across OB-GYN, internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, obesity, sleep, mood disorders, dermatology, and other areas.
“This is validation for the movement we’re leading to provide women better healthcare,” said Joanna Strober, Co-founder and CEO of Midi Health. “Women’s health has been treated like an afterthought for too long. This funding gives us the resources to rewrite that story at scale.”
Midi says its AI proprietary engine supports clinical decision-making through chart analysis for personalized care, automation of scheduling, triage, and documentation, and mining its women’s health dataset to refine clinical protocols. The company reports a 28 percentage point increase in breast cancer screening adherence, an 11 percentage point increase in colorectal cancer screening adherence, and up to 13% lower total cost of care compared to a matched group.

“Goodwater is committed to Midi Health’s long-term mission to fundamentally transform women’s healthcare,” said Eric Kim, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Goodwater Capital. “Midi’s rise as the fastest-growing women’s health platform in the world is a testament to their entire care team, patient-centric approach, and AI advancements that deliver highly personalized care and scalable growth.”
Serena Williams, Managing Partner at Serena Ventures, said: “When women founders and women customers are heard, entire systems change. We have been following Joanna and the team for years and are impressed by the scale they have achieved. They are delivering care that’s critical for every woman to have access to, in a space that represents billions of dollars of healthcare spend.”
Midi has also made several executive hires, including CFO Jason Wheeler (formerly Tesla, Google, and Forward), CMO Melissa Waters (formerly Meta, Lyft, and Hims & Hers), and Chief Commercial Officer Matt Cook (formerly Omada Health and Firefly Health).
Two million US women enter menopause each year, and untreated symptoms are estimated to cost $25 billion annually in medical expenses and lost productivity.
