Today, Advantia Health announced that construction is underway for its new flagship practice, Liv by Advantia Health in Washington, DC and released a video of its current storefront windows. The practice is slated to open its doors in March 2021. Liv plans to offer a new model of healthcare for women, with integrated care including gynecology, obstetrics, primary care, mental wellness, and more, in a U Street location.

“Liv is bringing complete women’s healthcare to the heart of Washington, DC,” said Dr. Sharon Kressel, lead Ob-Gyn for Liv by Advantia Health. “By taking a human-centered approach, we’re making healthcare better and more convenient. We are looking forward to opening our doors early next year and getting to know our new neighbors on U Street.”

With a planned opening date of March 2021, Liv plans to bring the next generation of healthcare to the women of DC. Liv members will have access to personalized coordinated care, same-day and next-day appointments, and virtual care options provided by a diverse and compassionate clinical team. Liv will welcome and support women at all stages of life with health needs ranging from wellness and prevention to pregnancy, menopause and everything in between.

Liv by Advantia Health will accept most major insurance plans for health visits. With a low annual membership fee, the practice offers valuable benefits, including online scheduling, technology to support virtual care, personalized care coordination, and more. Liv members will also have access to community programming and partnership benefits with local businesses that focus on empowering women and supporting female health and wellbeing.
