Global Senior Brand Manager – Menopause

About you:

You will have previous pharmaceutical experience in marketing of prescription drugs (Rx), ideally in a global role, where you have driven the development of Rx brand plans, as well as the budget planning; you have strong experience in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional programs. You will also have proven experience in a matrix organization – especially with collaborating with medical team colleagues and experience in KOL management. Ideally you are educated to degree level or above, typically in relevant science or business areas, with experience in marketing within a multinational pharmaceutical company.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive revenue across both in-market and launch products through leading brand marketing, in support of the overall franchise strategy including ownership of key projects. You will also be responsible for the development and execution of strategy, brand plan, campaign, and digital assets globally with a newly acquired established market leading brand in menopause. You will take ownership of key salesforce tools to engage HCPs as well as digital, congress work.

Other accountabilities include:

Financial performance

  • Deliver on the franchise and brand’s financial objectives sales, growth & profitability measures.
  • Effectively manage the global promotional budget of the products/activities to ensure successful and timely delivery of the marketing tactics.

Marketing Initiatives

  • Support integration of newly acquired established brands into the menopause portfolio.
  • Develop global brand marketing plans including situational analysis, CSFs and key tactical objectives in collaboration with local markets
  • Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns and key communication projects for other menopause brands
  • Develop & execute digital plans to support products that aligns with the global franchise and local markets.
  • Work with affiliates to execute plans that will increase market share, improve targeting, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and recognition.
  • Partner with medical team on projects (e.g. speaker training, KOL engagement plan, congress plans)
  • Manage projects with external agencies for the development of campaign and digital materials including driving internal approval process.
  • Develop any other marketing projects that reflect company requirements.
  • Organize and attend international key conferences and events.
  • Market engagement including, salesforce visits, KOL projects, advisory board participation in different markets.
