Evvy is on a mission to build a new understanding of the female body, and we’re looking for a self-starting Strategy & Operations manager to make this dream a reality. Our ideal hire is someone who is truly excited about our ambitious mission and who loves to “figure it out” when faced with an unfamiliar problem.

Working directly with the leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting strategy & operations across our product insights, customer experience, supply chain, clinical trials, customer support, and coaching.

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a high-growth, mission-driven company using data to improve women’s health outcomes. It is a great role for someone eager to wear a lot of hats, and work cross-functionally between operational, scientific, marketing, and executive teams. Additionally, as our team grows, you will be foundational in defining the team culture and company operations that will underpin our growth.

*The role *

  • Analyze data across sources (product / performance / operations metrics) to identify opportunities to continuously improve and scale Evvy’s product & operations
  • Support supply chain management for Evvy’s test kit across procurement, packaging, fulfillment and delivery (including managing relationships with external partners/vendors)
  • Manage the operations behind Evvy’s health coaching team (ensuring coaches are up to date on all relevant training, managing resources to match supply / demand)
  • Respond to customer inquiries while building the foundation for customer experience in the future (diving into past inquiries, building tags, templates, and escalation systems, etc.)
  • Work closely with the product team to continuously integrate the voice of the customer into product priorities
  • Support the research & clinical operations team with management of Evvy’s clinical studies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience at a high growth startup or in consulting
  • Strong analytical and data skills (ability to analyze and interpret data), familiarity with excel models and SQL is preferred
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Ability to identify problems and solutions independently
  • Strong communication across teams and levels
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with customer experience management tools, experience working in supply chain
  • We are looking for a candidate that is able to work in NYC in person. We work in the office 3-4 days a week (with additional flexibility provided). Our office is in Brookfield Place with beautiful views of the Hudson, great snacks, many lunch spots, and amazing floormates 🙂
