About the role
A successful Product Manager is eager to learn and develop themselves, and be a driven self-starter with passion for the family-building space. The right candidate is motivated to build products with superior member experience, while generating value for enterprise clients by lowering costs and improving clinical outcomes in a measurable way. As the product lead, you will be collaborating with a large cross functional team (design, engineering, sales, client success and external consultants) to collect requirements, build products and support the market roll-out.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will serve as a collaborator between business, sales, legal, ops and technical teams. You will collect and develop product and platform requirements to enable successful launches with measurable outcomes. You will assist the development of user, care and money flow requirements. You will enable the platform implementation end-to-end by partnering with developers and designers, and assure the success of the products post launch by taking ownership of success metrics/outcomes. You will partner very closely with operations counterparts to pilot, implement, launch and iterate products and services nationally and internationally.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- MBA is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare system in the US is a must
- Passion for maternal/newborn health and health equity are strong pluses
- Strong ability to manage multiple activities and priorities, with effective judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills with problem-solving ability, with ability to interact and build relationships with individuals at all levels
- Ability to organize and lead concurrent projects, manage multiple deadlines and balance changing priorities
- Thrives in early-stage, start-up environments
- Background in healthcare, SaaS, security, payments or similar industries preferred
- Flexible and resilient while being open-minded and bringing new ideas to a fast growing, mission-driven organization preferred

The base salary range for this role is between $160K – $190K. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
